Founder of CAPETAN.club and Sail Armada, Andu is at sea for over 4 months every year. Many CAPETAN trainings, Miles Buildings, flotilla event concepts or Kid Sailing, have been designed and implemented by him together with Andrei Perju. Able to adapt to any type of crew, he is always eager to share his knowledge and experience.
