Founder of CAPETAN.club and Sail Armada, Perju is a veteran of the Romanian charter industry. Ten years ago he started organizing sailing trips in organized fleets, being among the first to do so in Romania.
Many of CAPETAN's trainings, Miles Buildings, flotilla event concepts or Kid Sailing, were designed and implemented by him together with Alexandru POP. Always enthusiastic and in search of new places, Andrei is like a local in most sailing areas and will always manage to transmit an authentic experience to the crew.
